Going from Santorini to Mykonos by ferry is the most popular way to jump between islands.
The ferry costs anywhere between €50 – €100 depending on the season and how far in advance you book it. The fast ferries are typically more expensive and take around 2.5 hours, while a slower ferry can take up to 4 hours.

All flights will have two stops, one in Athens and then in Mykonos, or more if you book one with more layovers.
This should be a last resort.
